Sophie Mess is a British artist known for her vibrant, botanical inspired artworks that radiate with energy and life.
Resonating with a deep connection with nature her work is bold, colourful and intricate, and grounded in a belief that art has the power to create positive impact and elevate our mental wellbeing.
Often using the urban landscape as her canvas, her work explores the juxtaposition of these delicate interpretations of nature in the urban environment, transforming spaces and promoting positivity. Through her work she invites the viewer to connect with nature through playful perspectives, inspiring a sense of wonder and igniting imaginations.
Based in the countryside of Devon, UK, her work can be found scattered across Europe from towering five-story buildings in France, Hotel rooftops in the heart of Rome, bustling city centre squares in Sweden, as well as throughout the UK. She has works in Galleries in London, and had her first wearable art project make a debut at London fashion week 2023.
